  • Remote services (such as telephone, email, or distance healing)  require payment in advance

• Where advance payment is required, full details will be provided at the time of booking

• A booking is considered confirmed once the appointment has been agreed between both parties, and where applicable, payment has been received

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible

• Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice can be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund
