I am a Reiki Master with 35 years’ experience as a Reiki practitioner and teacher in the Usui Traditional Reiki system.

Reiki is a gentle, natural healing technique that can bring relaxation, calmness and balance.

What To Expect From A Reiki Healing Session

Initial Consultation

We will have a chat about your current emotional and physical health, or any past trauma, so we can decide which areas to work on initially.

You will lie down on a comfortable massage couch, covered with a light blanket and fully clothed, in my quiet, peaceful and safe room.

Your Reiki Treatment

I will transfer the Reiki energy through me to you in a series of light, non-invasive touch hand placements.

Starting on your head and working down your body to your feet.

There is no massage or pressure involved.

I will hold each position for a few minutes.

You may experience:

• Tingling sensations

• Feelings of heat

• Feelings of coolness

• Gentle pulsating sensations

• A deep meditative state

• Or you may fall asleep
