Reiki Training

I am a Reiki Master with 35 years’ experience as a Reiki practitioner and teacher in Usui Traditional Reiki.

There are three levels in Reiki training, allowing you to develop your knowledge and understanding of Reiki energy step by step.

First Degree Reiki Training

I pass the Reiki energy to the student through a simple “attunement”.

This is an energetic initiation process that opens up your energy channels and connects you to the Reiki source.

During First Degree Reiki training, you will learn:

• The history of Dr Mikao Usui

• The ethical Reiki principles

• Reiki hand positions for self-healing

• Reiki hand positions for healing others

The class is open to complete beginners — no prior experience is needed.

First Degree Reiki Course Details

Training time: One-to-one, approximately 5 hours
You will receive: Reiki Practitioner Certificate and printed manual
Cost: £150

Second Degree Reiki Training

If you wish to continue your Reiki journey and learn the second level, you will receive the Second Degree Reiki attunement.

This introduces you to sacred healing symbols that increase the Reiki energy and teaches you how to send distance Reiki to people and situations.

You will receive:

• Reiki Practitioner Level Two Certificate

• Printed manual

Duration of training: Approximately 5 hours
Cost: £175

Third Degree Reiki Training – Reiki Master Teacher Level

This is the Master Teacher level of Reiki training.

I will teach you how to pass Reiki attunements to another person, initiating them into the Usui Reiki System of natural healing so they can become attuned as a Reiki practitioner themselves.

You will also learn more advanced Reiki techniques.

Third Degree Reiki Course Details

Duration of training: Approximately 5 hours
You will receive: Reiki Master/Teacher Certificate and printed manual
Cost: £350

Reiki Training Sessions

I teach all Reiki courses on a one-to-one basis, allowing you personal guidance and support throughout your training.

Training is also available for two or three people wishing to take the course together.
